Small Farms Making a Difference at Mid-Georgia Locally Grown's Market at Heron Bay Golf and Country Club, Locust Grove, GA.

Dear Folks,

The Farmers' Market at Heron Bay did not work out for us. There were not enough sales to warrant us continuing despite our best efforts and the help of Heron Bay's Marketing and the Home Owners Association.

The farmers listed below are all within a short drive of your resort, one is in Locust Grove (Eggs, bread and scrubs at Fox Hollow Farm) and the James Farm is about 14 miles, and Sell Farm about 19 miles). Click on "Our Growers" below to find their websites and contact email and phone numbers if you want to continue to buy directly.

We thank those of you who patronized our market, you are very much appreciated.

There is a possibility that the James Farm and possibly Fox Hollow will return this summer in a traditional market setting on the property, I will notify you if this occurs.

Thanks again and blessings to you!

Bill
