The Sell Farm, LLC raises Angus cattle and sells the beef from them. Our calves are born on the farm and live on pasture their entire lives. However, they are also grain fed for at least six months for that great corn fed flavor. Our cattle are never exposed to added hormones or antibiotics, some call this product natural.

The carcass is dry-aged for at least 17 days which adds flavor and tenderness to the beef meat. This is the way all beef used to be aged, but now almost all beef is wet aged in a plastic bag which does not add to the flavor. Dry-aged beef is served in upscale restaurants and you can find a limited selection at stores such as Whole Foods. For questions either email us at wmfarr@bellsouth.net or call 770-584-9727.

Hormones and antibiotics are used in most retail beef animal production because it makes the raising process more efficient — more meat for less feed input. WE DO NOT DO THIS!

We do not add pink slime to our ground beef — it is just good beef ground up.

We sell our beef by the quarter only. If you are interested in buying larger quantities such as one quarter of a carcass which results in about 100 lb of boneless beef you must purchase this direct from our farm and not through this market.
